Premier Services is an entrepreneurial property management boutique, that focuses on serving a small number of property owners, offering in return high-quality, personalized and, detailed services.

Premier Services main focus is on property management of condos and homes that do not rent or are under a rental program.

I am originally from Mexico City and for the last twenty-eight years, I have developed my life-career in the tourism industry, attending with detailed observation the customer needs. 

From time-share host, beach-activities concierge, non official translator helping the community, sportfishing reservations manager, to digital platform bookings and regular property management.  I have developed the experience, professionalism and time to focus on the unique needs of your home, for your enjoyment.

I have been involved in the growth of the Cabo San Lucas neighborhood and it is a privilege to be part of Baja California Sur and contribute to the economy, family, and respect for the identity of the region.

I am actively involved participating in recycling programs of the Municipality, and the DIF  (Public agency for Integral Family Development) helping with donations of different items (clothing, linen, toys, etc…) which become available for different vulnerable-family needs.

We locals celebrate the great relaxing atmosphere of living in Cabo San Lucas, with near-perfect weather, surrounded it by nature, watching the sunset, the ocean from afar, or right from the beach.
